DOE has an interactive map with links to each state’s Weatherization Assistance Program info on the energy.gov website. 

The program results in millions of dollars of additional value added to the economy. It also solves certain health and safety problems in homes, maintains affordable housing for low-income persons, reduces utility averages, and reduces environmental pollution.
