Urgent: Defend the 25C Tax Credit
On May 12, 2025, House Ways & Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith released a proposal to eliminate the 25C Energy Efficient Home Improvement tax credit. If enacted, the proposal would terminate 25C eligibility for any property placed in service after the end of 2025. Take 1 minute to contact your Congress representative and tell them why this vital credit must be saved.
