On August 21st, 2024, the Building Performance Association hosted its 2nd of four webinars for State Energy Offices as part of a workforce development project.

This presentation provides an overview of the energy efficiency workforce in the United States, providing guidance for designing and implementing Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs). Expert speakers highlight the overall benefits of apprenticeship programs and discuss strategies that State Energy Offices can adopt to support employers who pursue these programs as a workforce tool.
