The 2024 NASCSP Weatherization Workforce & Wage Survey collected vital workforce, recruitment, and retention data from 307 service providers across 39 Grantee networks. In partnership with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and the NASCSP Workforce Development Working Group, the data analysis produced actionable insights and best practices for the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) workforce.
