The U.S. Department of Energy is offering new and updated resources to support implementation of the Home Energy Rebate programs:

- Prompts to provide greater insight into what DOE is looking for in responses.
- Adding response options that might be relevant to your state. We’ve marked these as examples within the text.
- Clarifying sample responses that states asked questions about in the previous version.
- Distinguishing best practices from requirements.
- Aligning prompts and answers with the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) program as appropriate.
