Dr. Janell Hills-Thomas is a workforce strategist, equity-centered consultant, and advocate dedicated to building inclusive pathways that connect people, employers, and communities. As Co-Founder of Monochrome Consulting, she partners with higher education institutions, nonprofits, government agencies, and clean energy organizations to design equitable workforce strategies that strengthen talent pipelines, deepen employer engagement, and drive inclusive economic growth.

With nearly two decades of experience in workforce development, program management, capacity-building, and strategic planning, Dr. Hills-Thomas brings a systems-level approach to advancing opportunity.
