On March 25, 2025, the Building Performance Association (BPA) hosted a webinar for Nevada-based energy efficiency contractors to discuss the latest details of the Home Energy Rebates, the 25C energy efficiency tax credit, and other energy saving programs.

The Governor’s Office of Energy (GOE) is continuing to develop the rebate programs while they await further guidance from the U.S. Department of Energy. In this webinar, we provide the latest updates on the HOMES & HEAR programs, including how contractors can participate, anticipated changes to streamline the program rules to make it easier for contractors and homeowners, and estimated timelines for the program.

We also provide an update on the status of the 25C energy efficiency tax credit and annual funding for programs such as the Weatherization Assistance Program. These programs present a critical opportunity for contractors to accelerate energy efficiency projects across the state and help homeowners save money on their energy bills.
