The Home Energy Career Training program is a paid training and internship program aiming to further home energy workforce development in the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota.

Xcel Energy, in partnership the Center for Energy and Environment (CEE), is offering several paid home energy contractor and energy efficiency training programs.

The Home Energy Career Training program is a paid training and internship program aiming to further home energy workforce development in the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota. Ramsey County residents can also participate in a 45-hour paid Green Construction Training in HVAC and insulation.
