Minneapolis Green Cost Share Program

Website

Overview

Explore the program that creates a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable City of Minneapolis.

The City of Minneapolis aims to create a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable future in part through the Green Cost Share program.

Since 2012, this program offers matching funds for commercial, industrial, multi-family, and single-family properties undertaking a variety of innovative pollution reduction projects, including the installation of solar power. For qualifying installations, this Minneapolis solar incentive will pay a credit based on the first year’s estimated kilowatt-hour (kWh) production.
