In a recent BPA report, The Home Technology Revolution: Leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Remote Diagnostics to Drive Residential Energy Savings, residential energy and HVAC contractors identified two key ways AI can streamline their operations: administrative support and technical assistance.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Explain the benefits of using AI tools in your contracting business;
  • Describe how contractors are using AI to improve business operations; and
  • Apply best practices for implementing AI solutions in your HVAC business.

This course will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
