HOW MANY IICRC CEC CREDITS DO I NEED?

For every hour of classroom or online training completed, you receive one hour of continuing education credit (i.e. 1 CEC credit). Below are the number of CEC continuing education credits required to renew your IICRC certification:

  • Master and Inspector Certifications: 14 CEC credit hours every 2 years
  • All other certifications: 14 CEC credit hours every 4 years

IICRC-APPROVED CEC COURSES

The following courses are approved by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) for continuing education CEC credits. A certificate of course completion will be provided by email within 48 hours (upon request, after successful completion of course).
