Registrations may be canceled through March 16, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. with a $100 per attendee cancellation fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. No refunds will be issued as of March 17, 2023. Registrations are transferrable at no additional fee.
When registering online, you will be prompted to indicate if you want to receive CEUs and, if yes, which of the approved CEUs you want. Some of the CEUs require your membership identification number. The bar code on your name badge provided on-site will be scanned at each session you attend. Post-conference, your attendance information will be submitted only to Building Performance Institute (BPI.)
To request non-BPI CEUs: If you wish to submit CEUs for other organizations, you must purchase a transcript when you register for the conference and submit them to the appropriate certifying organization.
BPA does not provide certificates of attendance. If you need proof of attendance, please purchase a transcript for $25 when registering for the conference. You can do this by adding a transcript to your cart before finalizing the checkout process.
BPA does not sell or provide attendee or exhibitor lists to anyone at any time. Should you receive unsolicited emails from people claiming to have the attendee list, you are encouraged to contact us and we will take action against these unauthorized claims.
