Vendor Showcase - Go Beyond the Trade Show Floor

We're pleased to offer our vendor showcase again at NHPC'25 after its success over the past three years. The vendor showcase, which will run concurrently with our breakout sessions, will allow you to discuss key products and services in a classroom setting. This is a great platform to plan demonstrations, showcase new products, and interact with potential buyers—the sky is the limit!

A limited number of showcase sessions are available to purchase for $1,300. This opportunity is available to conference exhibitors and sponsors only, and BPA must approve your application.

With your showcase, you'll receive a dedicated session room with theatre seating, a projector and screen, and a session description in the conference program and on the mobile app. Each session is 60 minutes in length.
