Access the Event App - Cvent

All registered attendees will have access to the event app.

  • It may take up to 24 hours after registering for your app access to be activated.
  • If you register onsite, we’ll ensure your access is set up as soon as possible.

Once your access is active, you can log in using the steps below.

Logging In to the Event App (via Invitation)

  1. Open your invite email on your mobile device and tap Open the App.
    If on desktop, scan the QR code with your phone to download the app.
  2. Download and open the app. You’ll be logged in automatically. Tap Accept if prompted.
    Note: The link works up to 3 times in 24 hours—don’t forward it as this invitation is unique to the email address you registered for the event with.

Logging In to the Event App (manually)

  1. Download the “Cvent Events” app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Search for your event by name, then tap Download Event.
  3. Log in: Tap the Profile › Log In, enter your name and email, then enter the verification code sent to you.

CEU Information

BPI CEUs
If you selected BPI during registration and entered your BPI number, your attendance will be reported automatically — no action needed.

Other CEUs
Need credits for another education partner? After the conference, download your transcript from the event registration site and submit it directly to your accrediting organization. An email will be sent post-conference with instructions on how to download your transcript.

Credit Breakdown
1 CEU = 1 hour of eligible session time
CEU-eligible sessions are marked in the conference website and app

Connection Stickers for Your Badge + Free Drink Ticket

We’re introducing a fun, simple way to make new connections at the conference. Stop by the BPA booth in the Exhibit Hall to choose a sticker that reflects how you’d like to engage:

  • Ask a Pro — You’re happy to share knowledge and help others.
  • Emerging Pro — You’re growing and ready to learn and contribute.
  • I’m New — You’re here to explore and meet your community.

The first 50 people in each category who participate will receive a free drink ticket for the Monday evening reception in the Grand Ballroom beginning at 5:00 PM.
