The Building Performance Association (BPA) is helping energy efficiency and home performance companies in Massachusetts launch DOL-approved Registered Apprenticeship Programs, upskilling your workforce and gaining financial incentives.

BPA's Energy Specialist and Home Performance Laborer Registered Apprenticeship Programs will enable you to grow your business by hiring new talent and ensuring team members are properly trained and certified. 

Our team will oversee the process—planning and providing all necessary training, registering the program with the U.S. Department of Labor and State Agencies, and providing additional guidance and support.
