As a RAP sponsor designated by the DOL, BPA assists employers in designing and implementing apprenticeship programs, registering the program with the DOL, and providing hands-on learning and technical instruction for apprentices. BPA oversees the program from start to finish, ensuring it stays on track and aligns with national standards.

BPA’s apprenticeship model is designed to include 2,000 hours of on-the-job learning and 144+ hours of related technical instruction. Typically, this will take one year to complete.
