Minnesota Welcomes Public Engagement for HOMES & HEAR

On June 12, 2024, Minnesota held the first of its HOMES virtual public engagement sessions. Minnesota plans to launch both HOMES and HEAR programs in 2025.
The state will hold six in-person forums in July (locations are TBD).

Additionally, the Minnesota Department of Commerce has published a public comment form for individuals to submit anonymous comments for consideration when it comes to designing the programs.
Advisory group meetings will be held monthly between June 2024 and January 2025. Subcommittee topics include equity, workforce development, multi-family homes, and technology and market transformation. The advisory group is open to anyone, and you can register here.
