Introducing Penn Heat Pump Pathways: Strengthening Pennsylvania’s HVAC Workforce

We’re excited to share the launch of Penn Heat Pump Pathways (PHPP), a new statewide initiative designed to offer free heat pump training and to expand and strengthen Pennsylvania’s workforce. 

As a proud program partner, BPA is supporting this effort to connect workers, employers, and training providers with the skills, resources, and opportunities needed to meet growing demand for heat pump installation across the Commonwealth.

Through our support of Penn Heat Pump Pathways, BPA is helping to: 

• Expand access to free, high-quality heat pump training across Pennsylvania
• Connect contractors with emerging workforce talent and career pathways
• Support industry-driven training aligned with real contractor needs
