The Home Performance Conference Built for Alaska

It’s official: The Building Performance Association’s (BPA) regional conference is coming to Alaska for the first time.

The inaugural Alaska Home Performance Conference & Trade Show, hosted by the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation October 29-30, 2026 in Anchorage, is built for contractors, housing organizations, utilities, tribal partners, and funders advancing home performance across Alaska

Tailored to Alaska’s Unique Energy Needs

Alaska families face some of the harshest winters and highest utility bills in the country. Home performance upgrades, including air sealing, insulation, ventilation, and HVAC working together, give practitioners the tools to change that. These upgrades deliver lower bills, healthier air, and more comfortable and durable homes. For rural and remote communities, better homes build stronger communities.

This conference brings together the practitioners delivering that work and building the partnerships to expand it across Alaska.

What to Expect

Expect two days of education and professional growth tailored to Alaska’s housing stock and unique needs.
