Exhibitor Portal for Electric, Wifi, Shipping, Material Handling, and More
Fern is the official services contractor for our 2024 national conference. Their software, OneView, is an online exhibitor portal where you can access information, order view, track, and collaborate with your team on all the elements required to ensure you have a successful event.
Please note: Exhibitors who are registered and have paid for their exhibit space will be emailed an invitation link inviting them to join the Exhibitor Portal, OneView. If you have not received the email from Fern Exhibitor Services and are registered and paid, please contact Jessica Mulheron at jmulheron@fernexpo.com. Please also check your Junk/Spam folders for this email.
Through OneView, Fern’s online exhibitor service portal, you can access information, order, view, track and collaborate with your team on all the elements required to ensure you have a successful event.
After you have received the Invitation Link from Fern:
First time users are prompted to set up their password, which will be used for all events where Fern is the General Service Provider.
Returning users are prompted to sign in using their email address and previously created password. If you have forgotten your password, you may simply click on “forgot your password” and follow the instructions.
