The Indiana Office of Economic Development (OED) offers funding to in-state businesses that are upskilling their current employees.

OED offers a range of funding opportunities to support businesses beyond the Skills Enhancement Fund. Other opportunities include grants for manufacturing readiness and the Hoosier Business Investment Tax Credit.
