Extension cords, power strips, electrical distribution, and any audio visual services for exhibitors must be arranged directly through our in-house AV partner, Alaska AV.

Shipping & Handling
Due to our limited storage space, packages may be received no earlier than three (3) business days prior to the event. Storage fees will apply to packages arriving before the 72-hour receiving window or remaining more than 72 hours after the conclusion of the event.
Current handling fees are as follows:
- Envelopes: $3.00 delivery fee per package | $2.00 storage fee per day after 72 hours
- Boxes: $7.00 delivery fee per package | $5.00 storage fee per day after 72 hours
- Pallets/Crates: $150.00 delivery fee per package | $100.00 storage fee per day after 72 hours

Internet Services
Wi-Fi is available throughout the convention center and meeting space during the duration of the conference. Should any exhibitor require dedicated internet service, hardwired connections, private networks, or guaranteed bandwidth speeds, those services would need to be arranged separately and may incur additional charges.
