Sign Up
Visit the Pro Xtra Loyalty Program page. Click "Join Now"

Create Account
Complete required fields and check box for “Yes, enroll me in the Pro Xtra loyalty program”, then click “Next”

Complete Registration
Enter in your company information into the required fields, select your Business or Trade type, and click “Register for Pro Xtra”

Look for Pro Xtra Program
On the left side of the screen, look for the Pro Xtra Program section.

Click Pricing Benefits
Under the Pro Xtra Program heading, click Pricing Benefits.

Scroll Down to National Account Incentives AND Add Agreement Code
Choose Learn More. Then, enter the Agreement Code BUILDPERF. Hit validate code

Access Cards & Accounts
Click the drop-down menu in the top right of the page next to your name and select "Cards & Accounts"

Add Debit or Credit Card
Click “Add Card” then input information to add a card. It does not have to be a Home Depot card for tracking of spend under the program. Click here to see instructions for adding a card.

2% back on all purchases is sent to you via email yearly in the form of a Home Depot e-gift card.
Yes, this program is free for anyone in the BPA network.
Spending is tracked through the debit or credit card(s) registered to your Pro Xtra account. When you use a registered form of payment at The Home Depot, your purchases are automatically linked to your account, allowing eligible transactions to count toward your rebates and other Pro Xtra benefits.
Yes, you can register multiple credit or debit cards to your Pro Xtra account. This is especially helpful if you have multiple employees making purchases on behalf of your business. Registering each card ensures that all eligible purchases are tracked and counted toward your rebates. Just make sure each card is added under your Pro Xtra profile so Home Depot can accurately apply rewards based on your total spending.
Rebates are typically sent in May of the year following when your rebate was earned. They are issued as Home Depot gift cards in $2,000 increments. If your rebate total exceeds $2,000, you will receive multiple e-gift card emails.
If your company is already enrolled in Pro Xtra but you don’t have access, you’ll need to be invited to join the account by the primary administrator. Ask the person who originally registered your business to add you as a user through their Pro Xtra dashboard. Once added, you’ll receive an email with instructions to activate your access.
If you’ve lost access to your Pro Xtra account or aren’t sure who the administrator is, email Ron Zitka at ronald_zitka@homedepot.org for assistance.
If your email has changed, you must update it in the Home Depot system by visiting: https://www.homedepot.com/c/pro-xtra. Log in with your existing credentials and update your contact information to ensure you continue receiving account updates and rebate notifications.

As of May 13, 2025, rebate e-gift cards have not been sent yet. Be sure to watch your email for a notification when the e-gift cards are distributed.
You can update your email by filling out this form: https://building-performance.org/home-depot-update/. Be sure to submit the correct email address where you'd like your rebate e-gift card to be sent.
No, we cannot update your Home Depot profile information. To make changes to your email, company details, or other account information, you must log in to your Pro Xtra account at https://www.homedepot.com/c/pro-xtra and update it directly through Home Depot’s system.
