Damian Hodkinson

Damian is the Technical Director for the Building Performance Association (BPA). In this role, he will provide technical leadership across our workforce development programs while serving as a technical resource for the organization.

Damian is a building science and energy efficiency leader with 18+ years of technical expertise in residential and multifamily performance, standards development, workforce training, and program implementation. He also has 15+ years of experience as a contractor. Additionally, Damian has experience working with small companies in the energy efficiency and home performance sectors, analyzing and optimizing internal processes, information handling, and data systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Damian holds a Master of Science in Geosciences from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Maryland.
