Volunteer at the 2027 National Conference & Trade Show

Want to attend NHPC’27 for free? We are now accepting volunteer applications for the 2027 National Home Performance Conference and Trade Show, taking place April 5–8, 2027, in Austin, Texas.

Volunteers play a vital role in making our event a success by serving as session assistants. In this role, you will help keep conference sessions running smoothly by:

• Introducing presenters and opening sessions

• Tracking session attendance

• Assisting presenters with setup and time management

• Staying in session rooms to support attendees and answer questions

Session assistants commit to covering all sessions within an assigned track across all four days of the conference. We are looking for dependable team members with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

In exchange for your time, you will receive full, complimentary conference registration. This gives you complete access to general sessions, educational tracks, the exhibit hall, provided meals, networking receptions, and CEUs—a fantastic way to expand your industry knowledge and connect with peers!
