West Virginia March 2023 State Update

Lead organizer from the West Virginia BPA Affiliate Department of Education at Mt. Olive Correctional Facility participated in a workforce development meeting on the West Side of Charleston with Energy Efficiency West Virginia (EEWV) Affiliated Construction Trades (ACT) and Common Defense. Community members attended the event to talk about their needs and interests in more jobs helping fix up homes on the West Side.
