Access the Event App - Cvent
All registered attendees will have access to the event app.
- It may take up to 24 hours after registering for your app access to be activated.
- If you register onsite, we’ll ensure your access is set up as soon as possible.
Once your access is active, you can log in using the steps below.
Logging In to the Event App (via Invitation)
- Open your invite email on your mobile device and tap Open the App.
If on desktop, scan the QR code with your phone to download the app. - Download and open the app. You’ll be logged in automatically. Tap Accept if prompted.
Note: The link works up to 3 times in 24 hours—don’t forward it as this invitation is unique to the email address you registered for the event with.
Logging In to the Event App (manually)
- Download the “Cvent Events” app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Search for your event by name, then tap Download Event.
- Log in: Tap the Profile › Log In, enter your name and email, then enter the verification code sent to you.

Important CEU Information
CEUs are available through our education partners, BPI (QCI, HHE, and EA), BSI, InterNACHI, NARI, NATE, and RESNET. Sessions eligible for CEUs will be marked on the conference agenda website and app.
To earn CEUS at the conference, follow these steps:
Step 1
Select Your CEUs During Registration
When registering for the conference, indicate which CEUs you want to receive. If you are earning CEUs through the Building Performance Institute (BPI), be sure to include your BPI number on the registration form.
Step 2
Attend Sessions & Get Your Badge Scanned
At the event, you will receive a name badge with a QR code. After each workshop or session, have your QR code scanned to verify your attendance.
Step 3
CEU Reporting &
Transcripts
- For BPI CEUs: If you selected BPI during registration and provided your BPI number, your session attendance will be automatically reported to BPI—no additional steps are required.
- For Other CEUs: If you need CEUs for another education partner, download your transcript from our event registration site after the conference and submit it directly to the accrediting body.
CEU Credit Breakdown
- CEUs are awarded on a 1:1 ratio—each 60-minute session earns 1 credit hour.
- The conference website and mobile app will display CEU eligibility for each session.

Kick off the conference the right way! PBS Supply Co. is hosting a complimentary happy hour on Wednesday night to welcome attendees and kick off networking.
The first 150 registrants will receive two complimentary drink tickets, so be sure to register early! A cash bar and appetizers will also be available.
